Robert K. Tanenbaum's Book Buzz Moments - The Essentials

I am so thrilled and honored that author Robert K. Tanenbaum has joined JOY ON PAPER as a Special Contributor for a new segment: Book Buzz, which will feature Bob’s "list of essential books"—ones that shouldn’t be missed. Bob is the author of 31 books—28 novels and three non-fiction books. His most recent book is, “Infamy,” the 28th installment of his best-selling Butch Karp-Marlene Ciampi series.

The author of one of my favorite series, Bob has had an amazing career. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, attended the University of California at Berkeley on a basketball scholarship where he earned a B.A. He received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.  He worked with the famed DA Frank Hogan in New York County and later became the head of the Homicide Bureau. During his time in the D.A.'s office he never lost a felony case.

His non-fiction books “Badge of the Assassin,” was adapted for a film starring James Woods playing Tanenbaum.

(PS: Love James Woods, but I think Bob is much cuter...)
